Well after due thought, and massive panic attacks I am quitting smoking. god please keep me from killing the people i live with, they are annoying now, with out fags i could actually kill them. it's very scary but it's become more painful to keep smoking than to quit. I am spending stupid amounts of money doing it and i have this cough that just won't go away. so fuck it, into the deepend and just swim. can't be that hard, i live with teenagers.
6pm i shall start the road to healing, and possibly prison lol.
