This is my 5th thankgiving on this rock and i am finally going to get to celebrate one. it's just going to be a day late but no worries there. making big cinnamon apple pie later for tomorrow and going to try and watch it's a wonderful life as my holiday season is offically started.
Right now, down to business. What I am thankful for, top of my list I am thankful the george bush can not be re-elected and do further damage to the world as a whole, that i have a family in britian that i love and adore. i am thankful that i have gone more than 24 hrs without a cigarette, i am thankful that i have not actually killed any of my teenagers. and most of all thankful that i have some mates on here who i can always get a giggle from and who put up with all my drama and bad behaviour. Thank you all.

I've been invited to my first Thanksgiving Dinner, on Saturday. I get the impression that everyone who brings something will have done home-baked (it's freakin' me out) so I checked the web and came up with Southern Cornbread and Black Eyed Pea dip. I will just be thankful if no-one is sick, to be honest! I am sooo not proverbs woman.
Well done with the no-fags thing, I will do that too soon
