I am late into this stuff I believe that mankind lost it when organised religion took over we should ask the black bird what he thinks AND KNOWS. My dog Jack , a friend in deed,lies sleeping on the rug he has had a walk, loves me,brings my slippers and my shoes when asked eats his breakfast and supper and asks no more than for a walk twice a day and that I love him. He sleeps because he feels safe. he will dream tonight as I .....perhaps the same dreams he has not heard of tomorrow, and yesterday has gone ,for him and me. His God is mine it cannot be otherwise.

It is quite a giggle. My sympathy of course lies with baby "Pointy nose". But in an interview yesterday Dad said "We are sure she is going to be beautiful". Going to??? He must mean after her post incubation spawn of Cruise phase I guess.

I've been invited to my first Thanksgiving Dinner, on Saturday. I get the impression that everyone who brings something will have done home-baked (it's freakin' me out) so I checked the web and came up with Southern Cornbread and Black Eyed Pea dip. I will just be thankful if no-one is sick, to be honest! I am sooo not proverbs woman.

Well done with the no-fags thing, I will do that too soon ;)

I dont know what all the fuss is about,after smoking 40 a day for 50 years I decided to give up and I did.
Easy.
Cant afford £3650 a year on an old age pension especially with a puter to support not to mention B.Band at £30 a month,subs to the porn sites etc etc.
Cold showers.
Long walks.
They dont work.
Youre on your own

good luck, you will have to replace that habit with something else though. otherwise it becomes harder. excercise or a hobby, just to keep the mind off it.

hello again, being a non-smoker i can only imagine what you're going through. but with support from everyone around you, i'm sure you'll kick it.
you could always put the money you would have spent in a pot and after a few weeks buy yourself something as a 'reward' for your hard work. i bet you suprise yourself what you manage to buy.
